Q. How do I know if my vehicle is a lemon? A. Your vehicle may qualify as a lemon under the Ohio lemon law if during the 1st twelve months or 18,000 miles (whichever is first) the vehicle:
- Has been repaired more than 3 times for the same problem that continues to exist or reoccurs.
- Has been in the shop for repairs a cumulative total of 30 days.
- Has had 8 or more repair attempts for various different problems.
- Has had one repair attempt for a safety defect that continues to exist.
